It's frustrating that the more you do, the higher chances of mistakes occurring and more people gets angry at you for making those mistakes and you'll end up at the losing end.
Then you see other people doing the least and even cutting corners but still get away with it. No wonder it's always 20% of the people doing 80% of the work.
A word of advice. Work smart. Take up as little responsibility as possible. Do the least that's required. Take your time and enjoy life. What's the use of being so hardworking?
