Japanese Restaurant in Liverpool

It's either Liverpool loves me too much or I just can't stay away from Liverpool for too long a period. This weekend, I'm back again. Got to meet up with old friends and made new friends. I should really start socialising more and not be a hermit in my room.

We had dinner at Etsu restaurant and I am impressed at how authentic the food is. When the customers are also Japanese, that's when you know that the food is good.

Japanese green tea

Tempura as starter

Followed by sushi

Main course: I had Katsu curry (deep fried pork coated with bread crumbs with curry and rice) and another 2 had Torikatsu (deep fried chicken coated with bread crumbs topped with tonkatsu sauce). Delicious and the serving was huge.

Group photo.

Dessert was tofu cheesecake with black sesame ice-cream. Cheesecake wasn't that great but I loved the black sesame ice-cream!

Highly recommended. But get ready at least 20 quid to really eat without restrains.
